FF1 Вход в тестовый режим приборной панели

  • Вначале надо удостовериться, что зажигание выключено
  • Затем надо нажать и удержэивать какое-то время кнопку сброса дневного пробега.
  • Поворачиваем ключ зажигания в позицию II, продолжая удерживать кнопку сброса.
  • И дожидаемся появления стилизованного сообщения “TEST” на дисплее одометра, после этого можно отпустить кнопу сброса. 
  • Теперь мы - втестовом режиме, в котором ожно провести диагностику как при выключенном двигателе, так и при включенном.
  • Для выхода из тестового режима выключите зажигание.


    Нажимая кнопку сброса последовательно переходим между тестами:

1 GAGE test : проверка стрелочных указателей(все стрелки перейдут в крайнее положение).
2 LCD test : проверка сегментов LCD.
3 BULB test : проверка всех сигнальных лампочек на панели приборов.
4 r 22 tests : Версия ROM(может меняться в зависимости от версии). (не прошивки двигателя!)
5 E001 : Версия NVRAM.
6 Dtc-NONE : если есть то код ошибки, то он высвечивается вмето надписи None
7 000.0 : скорость в мил/час.
8 000.0 : скорость в км/час.
9 37 . внешняя температура в Цельсиях на входе двигателя .
10 800 : частота вращения двигателя в об/мин(цифоровой тахометр).
11 0.66t : Показания MAPсенсора – изменение давления ( на заглушенном показывает 033.t ) .

Все правильно за исключением одной не точности. Для того что бы выйти из теста. Нужно не просто выключить зажигание, а опять нажать на кнопку и подержать какое то время. Опять должны показаться показания спидометра. Что означает тест закончен. Иначе при диагностике авто у Вас будет висеть ошибка не законченный тест. ЕЕ некоторые сканеры определяют не правильно и возникает путаница.

И если смотреть ошибки в тесте то там только те которые водитель может устранить сам, допустим ошибку датчика коленвала вы там не увидите. А эту ошибку если даже и считывают сканером, то в принципе просто сбрасывают. Она не высвечивается индикацией Check Engine. Так как например ошибка U1900 - CAN Communication Bus Fault

Я тут новенький и не хотел бы показаться самым умным. Но как обычно я пишу о том где я знаю и уверен на все сто. Для информации. Любой сканер будет читать в принципе все ошибки. но зависимость есть от того, какой протокол поддерживает .И если адаптер не поддерживает J1850 PWM то правильной диагностики для америкосовского форда начала 2000 годов не жди.

  • ISO15765-4 (CAN) - Новые модели Ford, Jaguar, Mazda, Mercedes, Nissan, Toyota, Lexus, Renault, Peugeot, Chrysler, Opel, WV, Audi, Porsche, Volvo, Saab и др.
  • ISO14230-4 (KWP2000 или K-линия) - Daewoo, Hyundai, KIA, Subaru STi и некоторые модели Mercedes.
  • ISO9141-2 (K-линия) - Азия (Acura, Honda, Infinity, Lexus, Nissan,Toyota, и др.), Европа (Audi, BMW, Mercedes, MINI, Porsche, и др.), ранние модели Chrysler, Dodge, Eagle, Plymouth.
  • J1850 VPW - Buick, Cadillac, Chevrolet, Chrysler, Dodge, GMC, Hummer, Isuzu, Oldsmobile, Pontiac, Saturn.
  • J1850 PWM - Ford, Lincoln, Mercury, Jaguar, Mazda, Panoz, Saleen.

Все зависит от ПО с которым от работает. Для форда самый приемлемый вариант это диагностический фордовский набор. Вот он точно будет определять ошибки форда. А стороннии программы, тут нельзя сказать что это так и на это есть доказательства. По пробую разьяснить все равно делать не чего))).

DTC формат ХХХХ где Х цифра
OBDII формат ZXXXX где Z буква, Х цифра

Программа получает от авто через адаптер по CAN шине или К линии код DTC. Если она не разрабатывалась как все стороннее ПО, а только узконаправленное. Тогда и будет от такой софтины полной информации. По коду DTC мы можем получить OBDII код. Мы знаем что коды ошибок по OBDII могут начинаться только

P0, P1, P2, P3
C0, C1, C2, C3
B0, B1, B2, B3
U0, U1, U2, U3

и не как иначе. Вот имеется код DTC 0900, что это, так как 0900 отсутствует программа с правильным алгоритмом начинает перебор. Я полность все не описываю, сокращенно, не в даюсь в во внутреннии ошибки, или трансмиссия или двигатель программа знает с чем она сейчас работает и поэтому она и подставляет буковку к DTC коду.

как видим получили три разных кода это без проверки на 2 и 3. Гемор еще тот. Плюс не каждая программа знает что есть отличия одного кода для разных авто, пример та которая знает.

Это соокращенно. так сказать. Из личного скажу. Поехал к одному диагносту горит лампочка , 400 рублей ответ датчик положения распредвала. Меняю благо есть в запасе. Опять ошибка еду проверяю. Но уже за100 рублей у него же. Говорит таже ошибка. Хотя диагност в принципе нормальный. Еду к другому у него тоже сдоровский адаптер и прога гуд там есть конкретно графа Ford USA Difgnostic . Запускаем сканируем ошибка Датчик ЕГР. Меняю ставлю сплитпортовский на трубках. Все вопрос решон.

Так в чем разница. И что с этим не кто не сталкивался))))). Вот посему сейчас собираю себе собственный всепротокольный адаптер, чтоб было.))))

В левом углу вверху черепок - О программе...
В поле дтс ошибки вводите код ошибки формат всем известен и нажимаете энтер. Произойдет конверсия кода в ОБД2 код. Так же можно сразу в вести код ОБД2 и нажать поиск.Нажимаете поиск. Найденные ошибки разделяются по авто. ошибка без указания марки автомобиля является общей.

LXXX Displays the transmitted SCP message data in percent fuel level (000–255)

Под 13 позицией не точность исправь пост, какие проценты, тут ниже даже есть ответ и подсказка. Как многое в тестовом режиме выводиться на дисплей в НЕХ значении расшифровка такая LI - литры , далее число которое нужно перевести в десятичный формат, понятный нам.

Пример

LI 046 - это 70 значит 7.0 литров.

LI 112 - это 274 далее 27.4 литра

LI 255 - это 550 далее 55 литров

Имеется ввиду % заполнения, а от 0 до 255 - это показания относительно %.
